Insurance and Payments

Questions About Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plain. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits?

   * If I am not in your insurance plan, please inquire of your insurance carrier if you have out-of-network benfits.

   * Questions related to insurance and payment can best be answered by calling my office.  

Cost per session: 

  • Individual $205-$225 (45minutes)

  • Couple $275 (1hr)

  * Sliding scale fee is available on a limited basis to those without insurance or other circumstances.

  * Payment is expected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Patients are responsible for their session time. If you fail to keep your appointment or if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, except in an emergency, you will be charged the full fee for that session. Every effort is made to re-schedule a session provided at least 48 hours notice is given.
